Sally Haigh Alex leaves Avon to join the Roman/Sunstone/Jezlaine Co. as Chief Executive Officer a subsidiary of TSI Holding Company. Roman/Sunstone/Jezlaine Co. have been in the costume and sterling jewelry business for over 40 years located in New York, Chicago, St Louis and Bangkok.
Sally recently served as Vice President of Avon’s Global Jewelry division. In that role she led the strategy, trend ideation, design, marketing, and merchandising of Avon’s global jewelry business. Sally was also very involved in product development, sourcing, and sales, and has considerable experience with Qingdao and other international manufacturing centers. Sally and her team grew the Avon Jewelry business to record sales, with a focus on high quality, look of real jewelry, and key items. Sally also launched Avon’s first premium priced and celebrity collections.
